STEPS TO JOIN A CORE7 CHAPTER

INTRODUCTION

I’M Mark Maiocca, founder of Core7 Networking Groups.  I help professionals create Exclusive Networking Groups to generate incoming and outgoing referrals, and to add massive value to their clients.  

Core7 does this with a systematic referral methodology, and an accountable networking group format. We literally give you all the tools to make this a reality.

Find your state below to find a chapter. The number next to your state is how many chapters are available.  There are 2 main reasons why there are so few chapters.

• We want the ownership of a Core7 Chapter to be so valuable that it will be a huge piece of your business and your success.
• We want to be able to dedicate more of our time and focus to the few vital professionals who are serious about growing their business and adding value to their clients.

Core7 provides content, training and our professional prospecting program. This combination creates so much value to a Core7 membership that every member is compelled to master the Core7 System. Each member will be 100% accountable to their partners, as well as their clients.

A Core7 Networking group provides clients with a full Real Estate & Financial team, as well as a full network of professionals to take care of all of their needs.

Here is what is included, how it works, and how to get started

STEP #1: Click on your state. it will take you to a page that allows you to join a Core7 Chapter. Click the “join a chapter” and fill out the questionnaire in detail.

STEP #2: After you fill out the questionnaire there are a few options

•  If you’re a Core7 professional (Realtor, Mortgage Originator, Real Estate Attorney/Escrow Officer, Financial Advisor, Accountant, Estate Planning Attorney, or Property & Casualty Insurance Agent).

Your application will be first be evaluated by the Core7 Executive Team, and then sent to the group leader of the chapter.  If there’s an opening and it’s a good fit, the group leader will reach out to discuss the opportunity.  

If there’s a good fit the group leader will send you a link to join the Core7 Chapter.

If there's not an opening and you want to get on the waiting list, you can sign up for the Core7 Club. The Core7 Club contains all the materials and the training that's included in the Core7 Exclusive Chapter Membership except for the Core7 Prospecting Program.

The Core7 Club is also a great option if you just want the training and materials to create the group on your own.

• If you're any other type of professional or tradesperson, the group leader will contact you if there's an opportunity to join the chapter. This will be to join the Core7 Chapter Rolodex. (Only one professional per industry is allowed in each chapter. There’s a separate training for this group.
• If there's no established Chapter in the state. If you are a Core7 Professional. (Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Originator, Financial Advisor, Real Estate Attorney or Escrow Officer, Accountant, Insurance Agent, or an Estate Planning Attorney) you can activate and lead the Chapter.

If you are a non Core7 Professional. You can still join the Core7 Rolodex and lock up your position  for that chapter. Pending approval by the Core7 Executive Team.
